Gaspar Insurance have managed the insurance for my entire family and many of my friends and work colleagues for the last 15 or so years. My husband and I have all insurances through them. The customer service with our agents has always been quick and so helpful, especially as our needs have changed throughout the years and as policies can be confusing at times. Gaspar have definitely provided some competitive quotes and the organization seems to really be loved in the valley as I see them sponsoring lots of cool community and family events. Highly recommend.

We would like to amend this review to say that once we posted this review, the company contacted us immediately and admitted that they were not able to provide good service to small businesses and were moving away from serving as broker for small businesses altogether. They also offered to help us transition to another broker. It would have been helpful if they had told their small clients about the change to their business, instead of ignoring us. I reached out to Gaspar to see if i could save money on our family car insurance. I was transferred to Pam and she was absolutely wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She was quick and prompt with all her responses and saved us over 30% in premium. Very professional and very sweet. I highly recommend this agency and specifically working with Pam Folbaum! Since I can't reply back to the review response under Kevin. I will do so here. Gaspar does not take responsibility for their actions. I provided forthcoming and honest feedback. Instead, they ignore my concerns and blame this on me not making repairs which is not true. We do not have anything that needs to be repaired. There are upgrades that we can potentially make which would make our property more attractive to carriers, but saying we are not addressing repairs is their way of misdirecting the audience to me instead of acknowledging their own shortcomings. My issue as noted in my other review is with their insurance agents manipulating clients into thinking their offers are the only serviceable ones and discouraging considerations from other agents. I've been with Jeff and Gaspar Insurance Services for several years now and they have never let me down. From initially handling my auto and home insurance, Jeff helped me get health coverage quickly whenever I was in between jobs-- a MAJOR help when I had a medical emergency less than a week after a prior job's insurance ran out.
