Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Do not get this insurance. It's the worst. I can't even put into words. First of all, if one decides to pay the policy on their Mobile App on the day the policy is due, don't be surprised if Progressive has cancelled it. Second, when enrolling in a new policy and you live in a multigenerational home, even if the family members are not listed in the policy as drivers, and have their own insurance, Progressive wants to their names, date of birth, license numbers and how long they have had their licenses. Customer service is out the door and they will never come to agreement with you on any issue with your policy. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE UNLESS IS YOUR LAST RESORT!

If you could give 0 stars I would. If you want an insurance company that cares about you, THIS ONE IS NOT IT. This company will not call you, they won’t fight for you and really don’t care about their customers at all. My fiancé and I are on week 4 after he was rear ended with absolutely no help. Haven’t gotten a phone call in over a week and when we call to ask what’s going on they can’t do anything to help you and don’t care to even try. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY EVER. RUN.

Unfortunate turn of events had us looking at a totalled car. Albeit my son walked away without a single scratch, but a speeding driver hit him on driver side rear door deploying all curtain airbags. In less than 2 weeks, the car was not only deemed totalled but the check was given to me. The staff kept me in the know in each step of the process. I've been with progressive for over 10 years in RI and at least 7 plus years in another state. The best insurance I've ever had.

Christian is the best. He helped me with a claim. He explained every facet of my policy. He consistently reassured me. Without question, the best experience I've had with any agent or adjuster. Best prices anywhere. I can't imagine insuring my car elsewhere. THANKS!

Would rate it 0 if I could. Website online says store is open. I was excited to go switch my auto insurance in person at this location near my house. I thought since it was an in person facility I would’ve got the best customer service. Ironically I got to the front door the same time the UPS man arrived. The lady came out and acknowledged the UPS man who was behind me at the door and totally ignored me. After taking the package from the UPS man the women working rudely looks at me and rudely tells me there closed and walks away. I’ve been in customer service and management for customer service from my experience at retail stores and at Bridgestone. The fact this women did not even offer to give me another option to get service at least was just appalling to me. I was highly considering p
