The shop that fixed my car put me in a rental, with the allowed amount covered by Amica, but then when it cane time to pay, Amica wouldn't pay the full rental invoice. They don't tell you they won't pay for taxes or fees, like other companies do. So you will owe for your rental if you use them.
If you can find my name and address to send me spam mail without me EVER being a customer, you can find my name and address to remove me from your spam mail list. If you can't do this - your company has INCREDIBLE compliance issues lol.
Sadly looking to cancel my insurance, paying $220 a month for car insurance is just something I can't do and my car isn't even new. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but others around me pay less and told me this is completely absurd. Every person through Amica I've talked too has been nothing but kind and patient though!
THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EASILY. Talked to a lady named Mary. I can't tell you how disrespectful this lady was. If I wanted to call someone who didn't give a crap, I'd have called my in-laws. She asked me hurry up cause her shift was ending. If someone made me take time out of my day to write a crappy review, then obviously someone deserved the extra effort to let the public know to stay far far far away from this crooked company. Definitely the worst insurance company out there. STAY AWAY
I got a letter in my mail from this spam company, I'm already with Geico, but I thought let's check other options, so, they kept collecting my information about everything, felt wrong but unfortunately I carried on, then at the end of the call the agent said, I had speed ticket on 2019 and they can't offer me a quotation, I said what, we are in 2025, anyway, this is completely scam, collecting your info. and we all know how they gonna use it. please keep your information safe, this is a scam from my experience. Giving the answer below, it looks more lies are coming, your agents should ask about driver license and check speed tickets beforehand and stop asking for any other personal info. if that is a deal breaker. Oh yeah, Facebook and others were sued for data privacy matters and collect
