Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I wish I had signed up with them 15 years ago..I wasted lots of money dealing with another Insurance company that I was very loyal to and never had a claim against and maintain an excellent driving record..For all they did was raised my rates all the time..And no discounts for doing so. My Honda Accord recently was in a total lost accident..A car I had for 21 years and was 26 years old. My agent David was very attentive to all my needs. And took full control of everything.. He too kept me informed of everything that was taken place to settle my claim. Without going into a lot of personal details..I would say if you are not on board with Progressive you are missing out and wasting your money with the others out there. I can say this, because I did..And regret I didn't cross over before

I’ve had Progressive Insurance for two deer-related vehicle incidents within six months. Here’s my experience Received a small credit for medical tint ($20 on a $375 tint). I was told I could be reim-bursed if I provided a receipt with sufficient detail. I supplied the receipt, but it wasn’t detailed enough for them to reimburse. Fair value for the to-taled 2013 Chrysler 300, but the tint issue left me sceptical. Second accident (≈4.5 months later): Another deer strike on my 2013 Hyundai Equus. A very luxurious car. Fully loaded, I provided a detailed receipt for the medical tint again. I was paid less for the Hyundai Equus than for the Chrysler 300. The report showed only 1 of 4 comparison cars matched my model in a 275 mile radius, which made me feel the settlement wasn’t fair or adequa

My son was in an accident in October( everyone is ok) the at fault driver who is also a neighbor in Holly Springs has progressive. Almost 3 months and still have not been contacted. I called the reps, Christian in Greensboro and his manager Emily in Raleigh have been contacted by me or through the 800 call center, but still no return calls. My neighbor should be embarrassed. I would never trust progressive to protect my family or yours.

Brandon is not responding. I had a claim open since January 2026 Now it's March already and they didn't resolve the claim?!!! I'll open a court case against progressive for delaying and faking that my car had no issues. I do have a proof of everything! See you in court!

If I could give zero stars I would. First and foremost they went into my account without my knowledge and added rideshare, causing it to go up and when I called they told me it went up because my month of ownership changed and that they would fix it and when it didn’t go back down I called again and that’s when they told me it was because Rideshare was added. Even after they were aware of that problem they still didn’t fix it for another 2 weeks and when it finally went back down it only went down slightly. Obviously I wasn’t going to pay $1,000 for a mistake they made so I asked if they could move my payment to a different date as it was due soon. This caused a problem as they said they would fix it by then and when my payment day did come it was only $166. Which was way below my original
