Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They have been absolutely horrible dealing with my claim and keeping me updated. My claim went from 70% other party at fault, 30% me at fault to 60% me at fault. With no updates about what’s going on and no correspondence in the mail. I’ve had to call to get updated with bad news each time, them assuring me that they are fighting for me and guaranteed it would be 100% the other party at fault. One of the worst insurance companies ever. Jill Wolfe and Riley (not sure what her last name is) were the worst representatives I’ve ever worked with.

Worst Insurance company period. My son was hit by someone w Progressive and they are low balling him to the point of legal actions. I have never encountered an insurance company this dishonest...they already lost legal cases before... SMH

Progressive told me that their "internal file" says that I have had a suspended license for the past 5 years which is completely untrue and has been charging me a higher rate because of this. I tried to call and talk to someone but the supervisor was VERY RUDE and blamed everything on me. As a result i have been paying roughly an extra $25 a month for the past 5 years and with all the rate hikes and everything, I have been a customer for the past 5 years and this is how they treated me, DO NOT USE PROGRESSIVE!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My car was in an accident and it took over 3 weeks to find out it was totaled (not completely their fault), but then once they told me it was totaled they gave me a low ball replacement value and took over 10 days to get back to me and then tried to support their valuation with comps that had frame damage, accidents, or were lemons. It's very unethical practice. I don't feel valued as a client and wish I'd had insurance elsewhere. In the meantime, I have no car and I'm still paying interest on the totaled car because they're so slow. I would think twice before using them.

Tried getting homeowners insurance added, and the lien person they sent me to wasn't available for a week, and i ended with a lapse. This company is lazy. The lady on the phone just rushed to cancel my existing auto so she wouldn't have to deal with the fact that they caused my lapse!
