Raised my rates to an extreme of 200% of what it started at. I’ve never had an accident or ticket to justify increased rates. Hit up Saavy and they got me back on with progressive on a new policy for 100$ less a month than what I was paying before. Two months later progressive made changes to my policy without notifying me that resulted in increased rates for my motorcycle and auto policy. Money hungry. Don’t trust them.
I'm midway thru a claim and can't get a call back. The photo app is not working.
An agent for Progressive hit my parked car . We are on day 3 and still haven't heard from the assigned representative .
