After two years of dealing with their rudeness, lack of basic communication, and constantly having to follow up just to get them to do their jobs, I’ve finally had enough. It’s beyond frustrating. It’s like they couldn’t care less zero professionalism, zero accountability. We’re paying good money for insurance, yet we’re treated like we’re bothering them by simply expecting the service we’re entitled to.
