Loudoun Insurance Group LLC

I have been with Loudoun since 2016. In recent years I have been very disappointed with the lack of communication and unresponsiveness. I have sent Shannon several emails with no responses. Recently I called to cancel all of our policies and someone told us they would send us documents to sign, and we have not received anything. Shannon was out of town and supposed to call me and I have not heard from her. We have taken our business elsewhere.

My experience with Loudoun Insurance Group was nothing short of amazing. I called frantically when I realized a previous insurance plan had lapsed for a small business and needed a COI within days. I immediately got paired with Casie as an agent and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and was so patient with answering my million questions! The COI was completed on time and everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Casie and her team truly are amazing to work with and I fully recommend working with them for all your needs!

Update to the earlier review... I was contacted by a co-owner and she explained the massive shift happening in the insurance business across the country and how it is impacting the industry and us as customers. We both agreed the earlier experience I had could have been handled in a more professional manner by the agent. I am looking forward to an update regarding rates in a week or so. I appreciate the owner taking the time to call and discuss my experience.
