Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

if i could give them less stars i would. and i am an understanding person and am willing to even forgive and change my mind but i haven’t even gotten that much respect from Tasha Adams. her voicemail bc that is all i have gotten claims she is the best person for your claim but she has verbally abused me on the phone, hung up on me, and has left me on hold for an hour till the store closed. my car was hit by one of her clients and is now totaled out. that’s ok. things happen. but that was on the 9th of this month. i have yet to hear from tasha so i can just be told where to go to send the title in and get the check to get a new car. i have truly (and work in customer service) have never been spoken to so bad to the point i’m in tears. i have recorded calls. i have tried everything. she has

I highly recommend Jaqualine at Empire Towers @ room 315. She had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Signed contracts and copies for me. She got me a 6 mo. @$60. Per month. Liability was all I needed for my Mercedes Benz because I'm selling it.

EDIT: After waiting a YEAR with no car, bc it was totaled, he ended up trading it in bc the dealership stepped in to help. They were more understanding then the insurance company. You will absolutely regret using Progressive for auto insurance. This location was horrible. My insurance adjuster admitted to blocking my cell phone number so my calls wouldn't go through while I still had an active claim.

The lady at the front was very nice. I had an appointment and was taken care of immediately. In and out in about 5mins for the title transfer.
