Apologies for my delayed review. Finally we were able to leave this terrible agency. We insured multiple vehicles for many years through this agency. Good luck getting a call back or talking to anyone about any type of claim you might have to file its very difficult. Also the costumer service is a joke. If I could leave less than a 1 star i would. Do yourself a favor and use any other agency besides this one. Good luck.

Ryan Mittrick was very helpful and efficient with the process of getting me auto insurance. He spoke very clearly, gave me multiple options & explained everything without questioned. I would recommend others to him as well, thanks again Ryan!

My husband passed away in 2018. I immediately called to update the policy with my information. Today, I called to review the policy and was told by Kyle that none of those updates were ever made—meaning for years, this agency failed to act on critical information I provided. This is not the first issue. Prior to my husband’s passing, we had a legitimate, covered claim that the agency outright refused to submit, despite my being a licensed insurance agent and fully aware of coverage. To be clear: I never chose this agency. My husband was pushed into using them by a realtor when purchasing the home. Now, years later, Kyle finally updates the policy to reflect my information—no changes to the property, just correcting the named insureds date of birth—and the premium increases by over $400. Ra

Utterly disappointing experience. My husband and I had been with Erie, around seven years. We had heard their rates were low, so we decided to give them a shot. My husband always has numerous vehicles on our policies and alternates them, often. Normally we have about five cars on our policy and Erie was definitely the cheapest, at the time. Kent was always super pleasant and can talk a smooth game (think car salesman). We'd go into the office with a concern and come out feeling like our issues were/would be fixed. Problem #1.
