Continues to harass me by calling my cell phone when I never asked to be contacted. Called at 11:52 then two back to back calls at 1:25. 3 calls within 2 hours on a Friday. Absolutely ridiculous. I could see why you’re desperate for business.

I have been a loyal Allstate customer for over 30 years. Allstate decided to discontinue the specialty auto insurance, which was really disappointing for me, and the original alternative they offered was not acceptable. So I was shopping around for alternative insurance. After finding another company, I informed Allstate of the situation and asked them if they could offer the same coverage at the same price. Allstate once again came through and gave me a competitive rate just to keep me there. Deidri Jones is truly a shinning star and went above and beyond. Thank you for the great service!

Unprofessional and absolutely terrible communication. It is unfortunate as I was an Allstate customer for a while. The lack of relaying important information and care for customers was disheartening. I had to scramble to find a new policy without even knowing I wasn’t covered. But now I’m saving over $80 a month with State Farm and their customer service was remarkable. I wish I could give zero stars to this office.
