I’m sure the employees here are lovely people. It’s just the company doesn’t seem to have everything together. Multiple times my coverage with my healthcare company has shown inactive on my account due to errors by PBS despite my paying my premiums on time with no issues. It is difficult to contact them so unfortunately I feel I need to leave a public review to get my point across and warn other consumers/ employers.

They don't answer the phone numbers. They don't call back.

Through a previous employer, with their pre paid card, they will not pay my deductible and say that I have to pay my Dr, submit a claim, and get paid back. I don't trust them, and it's ridiculous that I have a pre-paid card that's essentially useless. Will be going to complain to Rhode Island attorney generals office about this if this isn't resolved by the end of the month.

I used their Dependent Care Plan and was extremely inconvenienced when they closed my account without notice, no call... no text... no personal email... which leaves a hard working single mom scrambling to pull through just before the holidays. Very unhappy. Definitely do not recommend if you are looking for a customer focused business.

My employer used them for my HSA account. They served me well. When I finally needed to transfer, they helped me out with that too. Can't say anything bad about them with my experience. I suggest you check them out.
