The staff really don’t know what they are doing tried to add an easy pass to current account and they were lost. Had to open new account with different address and credit card. A 5 minute stop turned into a 35-45 minute stop

If you take on the responsibility of DMV registrations then you should gear up to handle it. I tried calling about Ez-pass to fine out if theye had one in stock and canI just show up to apply fir one. Not going to drive if not available. Over hour and half to talk to someone and it was Waterbury I finally called and they answered my questions. First called Brandford office , on hold then it routed me to Pennsylvania, person put me on hold, then called Danbury and the guy told me Brandford has the responder but hw was not sure as he said their ezpass computer might be diwn, told me he would find out and call me back, never did. Message on your office said you are overwhelmed with calls for registrations. Again if you can't handle registrations don't do it or gear up for it. Been a member f

And when a problem arose that week, customer service was on point and gave all the information I needed. Also provided paperwork when asked.
