Stay away from this company. Our lives have been turn upside down from denying treatment for my husband and myself. They rather you take pills and have constant doctors visit instead of listening to the doctor and make sure we have quality of life. I don't have quality of life because they refused to fix my neck but tortured me by only allowing injections but first put me through test injections i have over 30 injections into my back and neck! My husband had to retire and shutdown his business at 45 because he needed neck surgery and they said no. This was just last year!! Injections and physical therapy made it worse! Pill pushing is what they do best! I don't know how that is saying money but it cost us EVERYTHING! Whatever you do stay away from this company!

Worst insurance we have ever had. I have a Brain Tumor and they make me go through appeal processes just to get an MRI or see the neurologist. They often refuse to cover visits because they are not required to do so by law. My wife needed a skin graft due to exposed bone and they refused to cover that even though it was an emergency situation. We constantly have to get on them for billing mistakes as well. Staff is often rude, probably from dealing with upset people calling day after day because they can't get their medications or see the doctor. I have also found that many doctors are refusing to take patients with Prime West because they don't get paid or they get screwed with when it comes to getting paid.

I have a broken leg and need my medicine filled that they approved before but now needs prior authorization. Has taken over 3 days, and 2 physical therapy sessions later I'm still in pain. They don't care.

Won't cover RSV vaccination. I'm 64 and live with my 97 year old mom as her caretaker. Jeez. What's up with that?

They don’t help at all horrible costumer service and horrible people too
