I started using customer service in the late 1960's and it was uneventful. Starting in the mid-1990's I noticed it was going down hill. "Talking to computers, accents l couldn't understand, service reps that only knew what they could read off a screen. That's why it was great to work with Ms Olson. Super personality, and knowledge.
