I bought a brand new vehicle and when i spoke with you guys i was given a figure that was laughable. Genuinely laughable in how high it was. I found a rate for my cars and home that was equal to the rate that you gave for my ONE new vehicle. I called to cancel coverage and suddenly you guys found me rates that were still higher then my new company but way lower than my first quote. You couldn't find me better rates after years and years with you but the moment i leave SUDDENLY they exist. That's s scummy way to do business. You definitely have some good people there BUT......The receptionist you have must be related to the owner or something. She is a soulless void of a human. She is one of the most useless humans I've spoken to in a long time. I left you guys after being with you for year

I Talked to a few people throughout the process of getting my policy however Bradley Vickers was an extremely helpful agent, very kind and figured out all my issues that I had. Ask for him and he will definitely take care of you.

Billmarks Insurance has handled all of my business insurance needs for many years. I've worked with Karen at Billmark's for years and she has always been fantastic! I've moved around the country a few times and have had to go with other agencies when not in MN, and none have compared to Karen's customer service. My qoutes and needs have always been handled extremely promptly, and in the rare case Karen hasn't been available to speak the moment I call, another agent is always willing to help. On top of my needs being met incredibly quickly, Billmark's was at my family's beck and call two years ago when a house fire took everything from us, including my father's life. All the agents at Billmark's were made aware of the situation and helped us through the insurance claim process along with the actual insurance company. Not only did they put us at the top of the care list,
