I was a loyal customer for SEVEN YEARS. I moved out of state and tried to change my address and update my policy, but the agency failed to tell me my agent had left the company. So my requests were lost (apparently) for 6+ months. THEN I finally got ahold of someone to cancel my policy. They dropped the ball in sending my cancellation info in before my next payment, and I was charged ANYWAY. I’ve been waiting for a “refund” for 2 months with little communication. AVOID AVOID AVOID Poor communication all around, don’t waste your time.
