I am extremely happy I found Prime fidelity for my insurance needs! I have 3 homes that I needed insured after all this California problems with insurance companies not insuring our state so its been a challenge! I called Prime Fidelity Friday right before closing, spoke to Susan. Susan took all my information the information of the houses and I woke up today Monday 9/22, I had a bunch of emails and she called me to explain the emails and quotes! I must say they did all the shopping around for me and found me outstanding coverage with outstanding prices!!!!! Ofcourse I jumped on board as I am currently paying almost double for the insurance I have now! Absolutely hands down best customer service and best prices!
