I recently had to switch Allstate Insurance agents due to my current agent moving. She recommended the Pressley Group so I met with Jeremy to review my accounts. I was so pleased with the relaxed atmosphere and the genuinely warm presence. Jeremy was prepared to review each of my accounts as soon as I arrived. Jimmy and I have never had a bad experience with this allstate office. Jeremy and his office associates are always very nice , friendly and caring. We have been with Allstae for 30 + years. Hit by a bear once called the Waynesville office, adjuster out the next day, check in hand for repairs within a week! This office is the best ever.
