Very friendly and gave good advice. Adjusted our policies to ensure we had the coverage needed. Keeps us posted on upcoming changes and events with regard to our coverage. Easy to contact. We are satisfied with Jeremy and staff. Very helpful.

1. Insurance went way up with no notification and for no reason 2. The office, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I got 7 different answers about our house insurance. 7 different prices. 3. The local office and the 800 number give you different information. Example. If we bundled we got a discount. Local office said no we don’t. 4. My suggestion if you leave this company, have a paper trail. I canceled and had confirmation in writing that they canceled. Only to be billed again. They never canceled it, even though I had in writing that they did. 5. I was billed random odd charges, ($26 and $51) the answer I got was I don’t know when questioning it. Then I was refunded. This review didn’t come lightly, a family member is a cooperate boss at Allstate Headquarter

Highly recommend this Allstate Insurance agency! Hunter was able to help me get my insurance transferred over from Florida to North Carolina in no time. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and kind over the phone. Exceptional customer service across the board! Jeremy recently helped me by looking into a surety bond required for me to become my mom's guardian. He did it with no expectation of any gain for himself. That selfless action earned him my appreciation and a measure of loyalty.

insurance got doubled (went up to $382 FOR ONE VEHICLE. absolutely insane.) without me knowing and no one was able to explain to me why, called and decided to cancel my policy. 2 months later i check my bank statement and realize i’ve been charged for the past 2 months. called again, the woman i talked to said the guy never canceled my policy, and that i would be refunded, but that has yet to happen. they love taking your money but hate giving it back.
