DO NOT PURCHASE A POLICY WITH THIS OFFICE. Finally cancelled my insurance with them. This office has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I had two cars on my policy, I removed one of them, and my bill jumped up 500$ more (for six months). They charged me more money to insure one vehicle than they did to insure 2. I pay every 6 months in order to save money, and every 6 months my premium has been increasing despite not having any accidents or tickets in multiple years. I switched providers and paid 1/3 the price for the same policy. I cannot stress enough how unhappy I am with this office, and I hope not one single person ever signs with them again. Save your money and take your business somewhere else.

Please call them for all you insurance needs. Everytime I call someone here they are very courteous and helpful. I spoke with someone recently and he got me to save 10% on my bill by going paperless on billing. That's great! Speak to them today and bundle up. The more things you insure through them, the cheaper your rates get. You will be surprised as to what your payments can be.

Mr Singh was fantastic as an agent. But when I gave his office my new credit card info because of a fraudulent usage of my previous one, the person with whom I spoke at 1:20pm on January 22, failed to apply my card to my "milewise" account. They canceled my policy for non payment of an Unexplained $91 which wouldn't have happened if the card info had not been mismanaged by that lady (if I can find her name, I will amend to include it). I found out that the policy was terminated when I called to get a new card for my son! My 6 month term was always from April to October. I never received a single email about the automatic deductions not being able to be taken out. When I called, no one would allow me to speak to Praneet Singh who calls himself Perry. GREAT EXPERIENCE! PERRY AND AUDREY WERE FANTASTIC. PERRY SPENT MORE THAN 1 HOUR ON THE PHONE WITH ME GOING THROUGH MY QUESTIONS. AUDREY WAS TERRIFIC TO WORK WITH AS WELL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. 2024 update: things changed with this business after COVID. It’s now very difficult to reach Perry and getting technical questions answered is a challenge.
