Fernando Frias - State Farm Insurance Agent

I contacted Veronica Espinal this afternoon to go over cancelling our home owner's insurance as we just closed on my mother's house. I'd already spoken with her on the phone to let her know my mother had closed on the house, and yet my mother was still forced to pay full freight for July. I was told to provide documentation that the house had sold, which I did via email. When I spoke with Veronica today, she then told me in order to receive "back pay" I needed to provided documentation that listed the closing date. First of all, the insurance should've been cancelled already. And, secondly, if the issue of "back pay" requires further documentation, that would've been fine, except when I questioned Veronica about this to better understand why this was suddenly necessary, she cut me off dur

Fernando is my agent from State Farm but my review is going towards one of the employees for State Farm that has been very nice to me as well. His name is Tyler Ingram. I have a separate heater built into the wall on one of my rooms that has an outside wall to keep the room warm in the winter. The heat was about 66° in the room and the rest of the house was about 74 because I like it hot when I sleep but that's a spare room so I left the heat on 66. The pipes burst even though the heat was on in the room because it got too cold in the bathroom that's in the room and all of a sudden water was squirting out of the diverter and the top of the shower head and all over and my other half had to run down and shut the main water to the house. We called the plumber and they came within 2 hours. T

Unprofessional. They probably think they are, no doubt, but customer service goes for everyone.

I was looking for a painless switch of car insurance companies. State Farm was able to make that possible and at the same time save me a tremendous amount of money. I cannot say enough about this agency and the agent who helped me. Her name was Caroline. She was nothing but a pure professional in dealing and helping me with the transition. I used to own a million dollar business and this agency is doing a phenomenal job at what they do. Especially my agent Caroline.
