Tom was great and was extremely professional and thorough. He provided a detailed summary of each of the products that we bundled in our new plan and explained the coverage for each policy and what we were replacing. Tom also coordinated a call with my mortgage company while we were on the phone together to notify them that State Farm would be our new provider. Overall, the experience was tremendous and I would *highly* recommend their office for any insurance needs. I thought this would drag out and take me away from my work day but it was a very seamless process. Kudos!

They cancelled my dad's home insurance and didn't even bother to help with explaining why. You call and no one answers. They send an email with little to no explanation. Terrible customer service. Went with GEICO - got a great deal!
