This place is an absolute joke. Got into a motorcycle accident 5 months ago, have spoken to my adjuster one time. She will not return phone calls, blocked my number. Her name is lillyanna, she needs to fired! So unprofessional, this company is just a waste of time & money. They need to be completely shut down. I’m taking further legal action at this point, having my lawyer contact them. If I can give 0 stars I would, don’t don’t deserve the 1. Wish I had something good to say about this company but I don’t, they also sent a random man to my house to inspect the bike but when i called asking who it was they have no clue who they sent to my house, in my garage! Absolute garbage of a company. Do better, be better. Don’t waste your time with this place.

This company is the worst!!! Haven’t received a check since January 15th!!! Now I have another check scheduled to come next week. That’s 2!!! I have rent to pay, a family to take care of!! I bet y’all got your checks and bills paid!! What is the point of filling out a direct deposit form and still not receive direct deposit?!! I been on this for a year come February 21st. Ghastly company. My claim ended up with them as the insurer for a municipal water utility that does not maintain their infrastructure properly. They denied the claim for reimbursement of damage to my vehicle on spurious and illogical grounds - claiming, on the one hand that the utility could not have known about the defect and, on the other, that the infrastructure had been inspected and there is no problem - as, presumably, they are being paid to do by the utility.

This is, without a doubt, the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Their client hit my 2020 Toyota Highlander and the process since has been a complete nightmare. The assigned adjuster, Elizabeth Baker, was not only incredibly rude but also provided blatantly false information, specifically claiming that diminished value is not paid in my state – a claim I know to be incorrect. Furthermore, their initial repair estimate was drastically different from the professional estimate I received from a reputable body shop, underscoring their unwillingness to fairly assess the damage. What's truly outrageous is the complete lack of communication. It has now been over a month, and despite numerous attempts by both myself and my own insurance company, we have received absolutely no respo

I fell at work it took them a week to tell me I was denied all I wanted to do was go to a doctor so I could go back to work. And yes I am filing an appeal. The worst company ever bad communication and they take along time to get back. The lady that called me Jennifer Williams she was telling me just because you fell at work doesn't mean workers comp will pay for it that they take other factors in their decision I guess just because my xrays showed some arthritis so what that don't stop you from walking and it don't cause you to fall. I accidentally fell and it just bruised it a little causing some swelling but I am fine now no swelling and it don't hurt. I am glad my leg was not broke because it took them two weeks to decide. Them they sent a paper saying it was my health ticket to go to
