Vivianna Hwang-State Farm Agency has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Friendly, kind and caring service is an understatement. Everything is always explained thoroughly and phone calls and emails are responded to almost immediately. I've dealt with other agencies in the past where I always had to leave messages on an answering machine but Vivianna Hwang's agency always answers and always responds immediately. I wouldn't want to change to any other agent.

I've called up numerous insurance companies, they all either barely cared, disconnected the call and never called back, or gave me offers far higher than what Jeremy was able to do for me. If you haven't spoken with Jeremy Park, you haven't had real insurance service before. He was patient and helpful even when our call took him beyond his normal working hours (compared to the other insurance companies who couldn't care less). Highly recommended.
