Moving to Virginia and needed to cancel and needed to cancel my vehicle insurance. She sent cancel paperwork via email after I surrendered Ny plates at DMV. I came across Pinnacle last year. I had been with Geico and wanted to save money. Of course Geico couldn't do anything to help me, so I called Ron at Pinnacle. He was able to set me up with better coverage and save me a good chunk of money. I didn't need to contact them again until this week when I bought a new car and needed to remove the old one. I spoke with Lori and she was responsive, helpful, and accurate. I highly recommend using the Pinnacle Agency.

Awesome people. Very helpful and attentive. I'll never go any where else for my insurance needs. I have kept up with this for 8 years and I am updating my review. Not only are they great and helpful, they are empathetic and are standing by me in my time of need. Still amazing and awesome but I did have to add how deeply greatful I am.
