My elderly parents had major storm damage 2 weeks ago. Two trees fell on their home and there are holes in the roof of their house. They own this house and have been paying insurance premiums to Piedmont Security Insurance each and every month for peace of mind that if a disaster did occur, it would be taken care of. Unfortunately this is not the case. They have ignored, lied to and given the complete corporate runaround for two weeks. They have been told repeatedly that they must contact another agent who is in Daytona Beach Florida instead of taking care of the issue themselves as they often promise. In summary, they still have holes in the roof and no sheet rock on their ceiling and insulation laying in the floor of the master bedroom. This is unacceptable and a completely unprofessiona
