We have been with this agency forever it seems. Have had 1 claim that was handled great.Very easy to work with whether it's a claim or adding another vehicle or deleting one. They review my policy yearly and not scared to tell me if I can get a better policy price from someone else.

Have had car insurance from this location for 15+ years. Recently had a very brief accidental lapse in coverage due to a cancer death in immediate family. Was handled promptly, bill was (from what we understood) fully paid, but for renewing policies or creating a new one we were told we could only acquire insurance from their partner (we assumed due to the lapse). Switched insurances per their instruction. Not once were we notified of some random outstanding balance during this time. Received collection notice in the mail today for $35. YES, instead of just notifying us that there was a tiny amount left to pay, *even while they were denying our renewal and having us sign up with their sister company*, they called collections faster than I could wipe my as s. Employee admitted on phone that
