If you aren't their client and have a different agent, they dont want to help you. They also dont take cash payments. Even if your agent is over an hour and a half away. The lady in the front room could also try to be a little less standoffish. If I wanted to switch to a different agent locally, this sure isnt the place for me. Cute house though. (Only reason for the 2 stars)

People are always very nice and very helpful. Lisa was able to give me a very nice low price on my cars and all the coverage I wanted. Super service as it has always been. Wouldn't change a thing. Wonderful people to work with.
Always enjoy my visit with Lisa at her office. She always kind & nice plus a hell of an insurance agent who cares about her customers. I've really enjoyed my insurance coverage with State Farm! ☺
