Update 9-29-2025 Jamal called us today and addressed our questions. We were satisfied with his responses and his help. I am upgrading this review from 2 stars to 4 stars. We are still disappointed that Mr. Hill didn't personally return our call, as we initially requested. _____________________________________________ We have been customers for over 14 years. Recently, we got a bill that reflected a large increase. We called the office and talked to Matt. He was not able to give us a satisfactory answer about the increase, so we asked him to have Phil Hill call us. It's been 8 days and no call from Phil. We also used their website to send Phil a message, but still no response. One would think that an account valued at $2,600 yearly would get more attention. My wife just reminded me that we

The communication is horrible. I called about an updated estimate to my policy and was told 3 different times I would get a call back. No call back. Sent 3 emails to Jamaal who was helping me but no reply. Changed to Matt Basile‘s office and able to get what I needed.

I have been with this office for about 6 years with my current car. I recently purchased a house and chose them for my homeowner’s insurance. After thinking everything was done, I received letters in the mail stating my policy for my home was being canceled because I didn’t complete the application. When I found this out I called the office and spoke with Regina who processed the initial insurance quote for my home and she assured me we would get this squared away. I had to get info from the mortgage lender which I did and when I called her back she was unavailable. I called almost everyday and emailed and never heard back from them to this day.
