Darrell said his ofc staff could answer basic questions, not true. I was put off until 8 in the evening when Darrell called me. I was told by the office staff that they would cancel my previous insurance, that was also not true because I was told by Wellmark that I had to call the marketplace to cancel my insurance. I received a bill from medicare for over $700 due by the end of November. I called Darrells ofc and all I got was excuses. Never again.

Would not recommend. I have been trying to cancel a policy for 3 months and just checked with my bank and another payment is pending for tomorrow. Called agent to find out why it wasn't canceled. He refused to cancel the policy if I was going to go through another agent to purchase a new policy rather than purchasing the policy from him. I do believe we have the right to purchase policies from an agent or insurance company of our choice.

Very unproffessional. This is my 1st year using their services. I dropped off a dental receipt for them to file a claim. After waiting 4 weeks and not getting reimbursed, i called my insurance company to check the status. They found no record of receiving a claim. I called Petersons again and they could not locate the paperwork. From now on, ill submit my own claims and when open enrollment comes time again, ill find someone else for my service.

Peterson is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. We have gone to him for our health insurance needs for several years. My wife, Mother and I are all over 65.

Darrell helped me get a new Medicare plan and I am saving on my medication copays plus have the extra help with OTC items. I also can go to the YMCA anywhere in the country for FREE to work out and be healthier! I thank Darrell and his staff for helping me navigate the complicated Medicare program.
