Bouslog Insurance

Had a very disappointing experience with Katie at Bouslog Insurance. We purchased life insurance policies for myself and my husband 10 years ago. When they expired, I asked that we cancel the policies rather than paying the much higher premiums. Katie sent forms and assured me they would be sent in and cancelled and no further premiums would be withdrawn. Unfortunately, we continued to have funds pulled from our account. I asked about it and she continued to assure they had been sent in and told me I could call the companies if I wanted to. I finally did after several hundred dollars was withdrawn after I had cancelled and found out that she had never sent forms into the companies and neither policy was cancelled. It was a very disappointing experience and unfortunately I cannot recommend

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. No one wants to move into their new home and have an insurance claim a few weeks later. I luckily signed up w this co at the suggestion of my mortgage broker. They made my claim process seemless after an unexpected water situation in the basement.
