This is a great agency! I frequently talk to Michelle, but on the day I had questions she wasn't available. Lissa stepped right up and immediately got back to me with the information I needed. Michelle and team have handled my wife and my home and auto insurance as well as many of our extended family members for many, many years. They offer great customer service and are always informative and patient. Recently I reached out to talk about new auto coverage for our daughter who has become driving age. Lissa took my initial email and subsequent follow-ups and was impressively prompt. Looking back on our email exchanges, at times, she was replying within 5 minutes. She was patient when I asked for clarification on a few things and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I cannot recommend Michelle and her team enough.
