Customer service here is great. As a new client Nikki had been speaking with my husband and so kindly waited for me to get off work . Now Nikki had no problem going over all the insurance information with me. This was greatly appreciated . After the initial visit she gave us time to absorb and research . My husband came back to find Nikki out of the office but we were not just left to wait . Most places would have said wait til she comes back however my husband met Marisa . With getting down to the end of the year we needed things to be put in place for our family. Marisa finished up the necessary paperwork and it appears that all is covered. Even today we had more questions, of course they answered with meeting our family needs and request. Thanks Person to Person !

Terrible service, the CoventryOne insurance are trash, all the services online are terrible, my information are wrong capture in to the computer and I'm not able to pay online , I have to make my payment by phone and the customer service are "BAD", also they reject my direct payment (Draft) , I call my bank and all my payments are perfectly fine. They ask me for more information about my daughter legal status because her last name are Hispanic, this insurance are a joke. Please not buy any insurance from CoventryOne. I come back to Person to Person office and they told me I have to call to fix all this problems, honestly this people don't know their product. I went to a doctor and was cheaper to pay out of my pocket then use this trashy insurance, terrible,terrible !!!!

Every time I talk to Nikki some how she screws up my policies. The owner Marissa said she fixed my policy and then Nikki still figured out how to cancel my policy. Would recommend everyone to stay away from this place.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The representative who signed me up for insurance either lied or did not know how the Healthcare Marketplace works, causing me headaches, long phone calls, and tax issues. Instead of taking control of a mistake they made, I was required to go between the insurance company and the marketplace, trying to reconcile their mistake.
