In December, I visited your office located at 3035 E Tropicana Ave Suite, Las Vegas, NV 89121. I was attended to by your employee, Dolores. I am a long-time customer and had always only communicated with you by phone. Every time I spoke with Dolores, she seemed angry and distracted. I asked her for information about some changes, and she rudely replied that my account was under review, which is why I decided to go to your office in person. When I arrived, Dolores attended to me, again in an angry state, so I told her that she was giving me poor customer service. She replied that if that was the case, why was I looking for her?
