Was calling to get an estimate for car insurance, and as soon as the lady answered she had such a rude tone and sounded annoyed. If you’re really trying to sale car insurance you would be nice and speak in a friendly manner. Ended up just hanging up, would never choose to do business with people who rude from the jump. Sales people need customer service retraining.

Walked in, waited 5 min & never was greeted upon arrival (there was only one lady working at the time) I can’t recall her name exactly but she was sitting in the back (left corner, I believe she had glasses). I got my insurance. I month later decided to cancel my policy over the phone(vehicle sold)....only to get spoke to by the same lady, yelling at me saying she was too busy to do anything, I asked why she was raising her voice at me talking aggressive she replied “because I’m busy right now with other customers”, I replied...”I totally understand if your busy but all I’m asking for is a confirmation call when ever you get around to canceling my policy so I don’t get charged for another month”, her response “I can’t do that, I’m busy right now!!!” And hung up. By far one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. Ever "agent" there speak to customers in a very demeaning disrespectful manner. They pride themselves on being a part of the Hispanic community yet talk to everyone like they are less than and know nothing. You would be better served going to any other insurance agency. This company lacks basic customer services skills and professionalism. From the way they speak to customers on the phone/in person to their clutters, tacky office. The entire outfit is due for a major overhaul.

Awful service. Pretentious and extremely rude. This agency is not professional nor helpful AT ALL!
