I had to rebuild my policies so I went into the office and was greeted by Maura at the 40th Ave, Eric Silvers office. She had a welcoming greet and assisted to my adjustments immediately. I’m very happy with the service provided by Sarah. Unfortunately, we’ve had a couple claims, but it was taken care of extremely smoothly with Sarah’s help. She gets you touch with the right person in the claims department but the thing that makes it nice is her follow up. She called me back to make sure the claim department did contact me. Then once my car was fixed she called back to make sure I was happy with everything. She always answers her phone cheerfully and replies to her emails rapidly.
