Farmers Insurance - Elia Castillo

the Commercial agent, America & the front desk worker, kayla are extremely inconsistent with answering their phone & i was even forced to go into their office in order to get in contact with them to try to resolve an issue. extremely inconvenient & frustrating. this happened over a month ago, i’ve wasted hours of my time trying to get in touch with them & have gotten extremely little contact with them. they still have my money that they over charged me for. if you do business with these people, cross your fingers you don’t have any issues. i hope they can step up their customer service & provide a better experience than they have given to me

Best professionals and excellent customer service, if your having trouble or any issues with payments there happy to assist you and take care of you and your needs. I had trouble with my payment and I overpaid two more times than I needed too, bc of my slow internet but luckily Kayla with farmers insurance was able to refund me back what I overpaid for. Thank you again Kayla.

Amanda is awesome!!! Anything we need she is the go to person for our family . She is always looking out for what’s best and making sure we get the best insurance deals and what we need for coverage. She is on top of everything great communication! Highly recommend

Very disappointed with the service of this agency. Their communication skills are lacking. I'm surprised because they came highly recommended. I hope that if you decide to use their services that you are treated with respect and that they comply with the rates quoted.
