These guys are crooks .. they cancel my commercial insurance but still taking 860$ from me a mth ., didn’t let me know they cancel it for a few mths .. they said they will reimburse me guess what it been two mths I have not been Reimburse yet .. run away from this company fast as you can do not use them for anything

We contact them often because we are a busy trucking company who frequently needs insurance certificates for each of our customers. No matter how often we call or email, they are quick to take care of our requests and it’s always with kind, customer service. We appreciate all of their support. Highly recommend their services if you are needing commercial insurance.

I been with them since 2012. Was really good when Vanessa Mills was there. Now they lie to you, promise to call you back. William Peebles himself promise to call me back 3 times. I rate them as worst now. Guess relationships in business don't matter and what is sad I took my recommendation from two of his family members to do business with him.

I am so tired of dealing with this company i have been dealing with them for about 15 years. Its always the same thing nobody has a clue. This was it for me. I called three weeks ago and spoke to a gentleman , I stated that I would like to increase my insurance coverage on my home based on the upgrades additions etc. that I have made and the value has increased. I hadn't heard anything from him, so today I call and I guess I am supposed to be the insurance professional. How am I suppose to know how much more coverage I need. What's the options, what is suggested based on the value of the home. That's why I pay you all. I don't want to be stressed out trying to figure this out. I actually forgot I had to go through them. DO NOT USE this company. I am a contractor and two of my sub contractors purchased workers comp coverage thru this company. I regularly received policies from them. Upon an audit from my insurance carrier I discovered that Peebles Insurance had been writing false policies. When I called the company the representative that I received all the Insurance Certificates from no longer worked there and I was told that there was nothing they could do. To date the owner has not returned any calls or emails. I contacted the NC Department of Insurance and they are requiring that I take legal action toward the company and they can not help. Very discouraging that a company can do this and the only recourse a business has is to sue them. I would not recommend this company to any business or person.
