I've been a customer of Pecan Street Insurance Agency for over a decade, and I continue to be impressed by the exceptional service provided by them and, in particular, the agent I work with, Perla. She recently saved me a substantial amount of money by updating my insurance policy to reflect my new roof and securing reimbursement for overpayments from the past years. I have had both my homeowners and auto policy with Pecan Street for over 5 years now. While I have not experienced a major loss during that period, I have experienced smaller claims, as well as changes in pricing. 2 years ago the cost of my homeowners policy was set to increase significantly and the Pecan Street staff actively helped me find a competitive and high quality policy (also moved our cars as well).
