We used PayneWest for insurance for years. In 2023 we moved our business out of state, and I have been trying to get the prorated amount of money we paid them back ever since. Every time I call I get "we'll call you back soon". So after about a year of trying to get my money I'm hoping to warn other people of the way PayneWest apparently does business.
