I called and got a quote from this office because they had a good review. They gave me a good quote, and I signed the contract. When I was paying my 2nd month bill, I noticed my monthly premium increased more than 25% without any notification whatsoever. I called to see what's going on, and the agent casually told me that underwriter just changed the policy. This must be new practice, because I’ve never seen anything like this. On top of that, when I tried to speak to someone who oversees this office, agent told me that they are independent contractors, and they don’t have any supervisor to discuss the issue and suggested that I find another office. I will do that with pleasure! Thank you for wasting my time!
