I have never had an insurance experience so good, nor had I even thought to imagine one. I walked in dreadfully stressed, because of technical problems transferring from Medicaid, since my income is now over the Medicaid cutoff, and not only were they patient enough with my stressed state of mind and plethora of questions to get me signed up for an insurance plan that fit my needs, but they walked me through the technicalities that had been roadblocks to me.
