Horrible experience. Patrick did come through for me though. However, agent Sunny was unresponsive, never followed up and offered no apology. Should be fired.

I called to request a quote and spoke to Stephanie Watts. She told me she'd send the quote by the following day. When it didn't arrive, I called again a week later, she said she'd send the quote the following day. I have emailed twice to inquire on the status. It's been 3 weeks. They clearly don't want my business.

Excellent top-notch service from both Amanda and Erika. They go the extra mile and deserve enormous credit for making the whole process of getting the best insurance possible.

After having insurance from Payne West for several years, I have found that their customer service is poor. I thought I had an agent who we were to work with. After several attempts to communicate with him with very little response, I called the office to find that they now don't have individual agents assigned,it is a free for all when you call. Each person asks who you are, there is no personal attention given to the customer and no follow through. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for personalized service.
