Payless Insurance

I have had a very very difficult time finding someone who would take a moment to actually help me and explain things I have had a hard time getting insurance and it’s been a total nightmare. And typically no one will give time to talk you on the phone until I was referred here to Sean. He really genuinely cares and takes time to help and explain things and I was able to get insured! I’m very very grateful and thankful that he was willing to help and get the information needed to give me pricing, etc. really can’t believe it, he needs to know how life changing it is to finally have something work out after having such a difficult time. Highly recommend SEAN.

Love calling and talking to Mike & Shane instead of robots. Also they got me 2 cars insured for only $100. Thank God for the the best car insurance connection in dfw may there business reign!

They had always provided good rates. I am now questioning the integrity of their business. I called a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for adding a vehicle. First of all, they made me add a driver because they wouldn't add a fourth vehicle without a third driver. They charged me a certain amount, and all I'm asking for is a detailed breakdown of the fees and what the actual amount is that I paid for the insurance. They told me they didn't have that and made me call the company. I'm just going back and forth when all I'm asking for is a breakdown of EXACTLY what I'm paying for. It is my right to know what I'm paying for, and they're just giving me an invoice with the total amounts that I paid, which is not what I'm asking for at all. I started using Payless when I bought my motorcycle. They gave me the best rates and amazing customer service. I didn’t think they would since I just had one small policy with them but they showed me every customer matters for them!! They earned my business for as long as I keep riding and I plan on never stopping!! :)

I was referred to Payless from a friend and went into their location to get more information. Both Mike and Shawn are very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I started with my personal vehicles for about 6 months and then eventually switched over all my commercial vehicles. Now I even do my boat, motorcycle, and toys with them. Never had an issue. Rates are the cheapest I've found as well. Thanks guys!
