My parents are moving from Las Vegas to Virginia, and I was really stressed because I didn’t know the process. She made everything seamless and smooth, and now my parents have their insurance effective on October 1. That is such an amazing relief and I don’t have to worry about a thing. I told her I was working and asked if she could call me the next day at 12 noon Las Vegas time, and she was right on time. She explained everything so thoroughly, never once sounded annoyed, and made the entire experience a breeze. She is incredible and truly the best. If I could give her 100 stars, I would.
