Marc Hill - State Farm Insurance Agent

I cannot say enough positive things about Marc Hill from State Farm Insurance. A friend of mine recommended Marc to me, as I was questioning my renewal quote from our previous insurance company. I texted Marc one evening. He literally called me back the next morning, came to my house that afternoon, and by the next day after a line by line comparison, I had taken out our automobile and homeowner's policies with him and saved thousands of dollars! Tina, his office representative is wonderful! I love that I can actually speak to a live person for speedy answers to any questions or concerns.

We were State Farm insured when we first moved here in 1982. We left Marc about 12 years ago because a close family member opened an insurance agency and we felt "obliged" to go with family. The rates with his company kept going up and up until I just couldn't stay so we went back to State Farm and Marc Hill today. Tina was very helpful along with Bonnie and Marc of course welcoming us back to the Hill agency. We are happy.

We have been with Marc Hill since shortly after we moved to the Dallas area in 1989 and would not have stayed with him if he had not continuously provided outstanding service to us, and Tina Robertson is the latest in what has been a simply delightful and exceptional group of professionals that Marc has always surrounded himself with. We appreciate everything they have done for us and could not recommend them more highly.

I've been with State Farm/Marc Hill's agency since '98, and service has ALWAYS been amazing! I previously received quotes for other insurance agencies, but great service and peace of mind are priceless! I've had the pleasure of speaking with Bonnie a few times recently, and I can't rave enough about her. She's super friendly, responds quickly, and finds the best rate available for my family. Everything I want and need from an insurance agency!

I made a last-minute switch from Allstate to the Marc Hill State Farm agency and could not be more impressed with the service. There was non- stop communication until the policy was bound. Major kudos to Tina Robertson for quarterbacking the process from start to finish!
