My first encounter with Paul was a good one. He seemed nice, helped me get a good price for HOI, and used nice Christian language to give you a false sense of security. It wasn’t until 2 months after I signed a contract with him that I received notice that I had to pay approx $950 more for my insurance bc he factored in a new roof policy that I did not qualify for. When I asked him about it he said he would rectify the matter. I left it at that. 1 month later my bank is calling me stating that my HOI cancelled my policy. Knowing that my escrow pays my HOI and I haven’t made a late payment they were very confused. After much run around and Paul Webb not returning my calls, I eventually had to pay the difference.
