Hayden was awesome. I called with some frustrations with my current provider and he listened while making me feel like a person and not just a call he had to take. I got a quote a few hours later and was able to pop into the office the next day (day before thanksgiving) to execute new policies. While in the office I met Paul who seemed happy to meet me and not like I was a burden. This was all while I had been trying for days to get my old agentin to actually call me back.
