This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I give them 1 rating because I can't give them a rating less than 0. After a month with this agency, I am currently uninsured and at risk of having my license and registration suspended despite the fact that I paid a 6 month premium in full. After my policy was in place and fully paid for, I was told that they were going to raise my premium to whatever they want, whenever they want without my consent. They won't even provide an agent transfer or refund in a timely manner, so that I can retain state mandated insurance from their company or a more honest one.

Paul Miller is An Outstanding Agent. We love him and his team so much we continue to have our policy through his office despite moving 3.5 hours away. He has personally handled many phone calls and claims with me, and has exceeded expectations every time! I would highly recommend Paul Miller State Farm! Thanks Paul, and your team!

Paul took A LOT of time to get my policies right for what I needed. He made suggestions and compared prices based on my requests. His follow up support has been excellent. Lowest rate I could find with more coverage than ever.

I have tried twice to get a quote with him. First time I called his secretary said he's out of office but she took all of my info down and told me he will call back with a quote the next day, well 4 days later no call still. I call back and now she tells me he is working remotely due to health issues, she will call and talk to him. Gets back and asks if it's ok for him to get back to me in 3-5 days now. No it's not! I told her forget it , I will go else where.If you physically can't perform your job for whatever reason, find a replacement or quit having your secretary lie for you. Bad business.
